Bought 2 tubs of the pump product and they both arrived clumpy. I’m assuming they weren’t sealed properly and moisture got into it somehow. Tried getting a credit or getting replacement but, I’ve haven’t received a response to my inquiry. It’s been over a week with me emailing them 3 times. Usually, the company is very attentive…and I love the product but this hasn’t been the best experience lately.
